This a vague question so I'm going to give a couple answers. I agree with Azza, Hyper Fighting is a great game. Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival is the GBA version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo, worthless junk, and Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers is the least popular and arguably worst update to Street Fighter II: The World Warrior. It would be inferior to the other Street Fighter 2 games available on the Wii U virtual console in terms of controls, speed, graphics and sounds, although it has some unique stages not found in any other version. Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival is the Gameboy Advanced port of Super Turbo. You loose out on the four new characters that the came in the next version of the game Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers but the game speed is much faster. On the Wii U I'd opt for Street Fighter II' Turbo: Hyper Fighting. Home console versions where never accurately able to match the arcade version of the games, and to this day the arcade version has never been beaten, the closest thing being emulation on PC. It was the 5th of the 7 versions of Street Fighter 2. This was the version of Street Fighter 2 that was played the most competitively and still appears frequently as a side tournament at major compeitions. The Japanese arcade version is general considered the tournament standard world wide. The arcade versions of Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (refered to as Super Turbo or ST for short) also known as Super Street Fighter 2 X Grand Master Challenge in Japan.
